With new signings Dunga, Acton and Ward all available for part 3 and Veasey once again in goal this was a completely different team once again to the previous 2 that Blacksmiths had seen.

Blacksmiths struck 1st and after the previous league win against the Reds probably thought they would go on to win but with Hall and T.Boam having their best games of the season and Ward also performing well in midfield Midway kept battling to the end and after Ward equalised both sides could have took the points, Hall just failing to get the ball over the keeper when 1 on 1 and Wileman unable to get past the keeper when also 1 on 1 being the pick of the chances.

The performance though was slightly marred with Acton picking up a yellow and Ward adding 2 to his name along with a Blacksmith's player seeing red for a disgusting headbutt.

Good performance and a well earned point but now once again Midway take a break from the league for the next 5 weeks as they get back to the cups.
